We are looking for a person with extensive experience in operations and business development, to be an instrumental part in making DJUCE a global leader in wine (in alternative packaging), and as such change the industry. You will join the company at an early stage and be responsible for taking a level 1 company to a level 100, where the ability to automate and enable scale will be key. To begin with you will be doing many of the tasks yourself, and as we grow you will be responsible for recruiting a team to specialise in specific areas. We do however look for someone that always wants work with a hands on approach, having your hands in the soil to ensure we grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setup a world class supply chain and logistics
Support the product team in procurement and negotiations
Develop an best in class omnichannel shopping experience (starting with our ecom)
Grow a I love to work at DJUCE culture with a distributed workforce
Work in close collaboration with the finance team to budget and ensure we build a financially strong business
Work next to the CEO to develop the long term strategic and activity plan
Build and lead a team of area experts to further propel the company growth
