Come join the Research and Solution department in Aarhus, where your colleagues will be the solution architects responsible for scoping and describing the features of the WISEflow solution. As UI Designer you will partner up with the solution architects responsible for scoping out and describing the features of our WISEflow solution.

You will be joining a Danish company operating internationally. Our company language is English, and the “hygge” at our headquarter in Aarhus is often in Danish. Good languageskills is therefore a requirement. This new position is located at the UNIwise headquarter in Aarhus.

You will take on a vital role in the complete development journey of features, from concept to completion, and you will work closely with the developers to realize these features.

What tasks and responsibilities await you?

• Defining and upholding the UI design guideline and conventions for WISEflow

• Translating concepts and user needs into actual designs and solutions

• Defining and upholding accessibility principles for WISEflow

• Sparring with solution architects, developers, and clients

• UI quality assurance of features in WISEflow, from concept to completion

What are we hoping that you bring to the table?

• Experience with design and prototyping work

• Experience with relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Illustrator)

• Experience with accessibility topics is preferred

• Solid knowledge of colour theory and typography

• Solid knowledge of best practices and conventions for UI design

• Knowledge about front-end development preferred (e.g., React)

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of empathy with excellent collaboration and communication skills
