SustainLab is a startup founded by professionals in sustainability and computer science. Our vision is to accelerate change for better business – better planet. We are building an automated and easy-to-use sustainability management platform transforming data to simple and clear sustainability reports and manage sustainability processes.

What will you be doing?

As Marketing & Content Creation intern, you will be working closely with the CEO and commercial team to:

• Brainstorm, ideate and execute interesting content topics, strategies and campaigns, and plan editorial calendar

• Create both visual (infographics, videos, on Canva, photoshop, etc.) and written content for social media channels, website, blogs, newsletters, SoMe and Google Ads, and email marketing

• SEO for blogs, website, ad copy, and relevant communication material

• Create material for customer meetings, seminars, grant applications and PR activities

• Track the social media and website performance (e.g. LinkedIn analytics, Google analytics) to improve and optimize communication

• Support the Commercial team and CEO in all different communication activities

Who are you?

You are passionate about sustainability, marketing and content creation and thrive when each day looks different. You are passionate about creating purposeful and valuable content to help drive sustainability communication faster and better. You understand that focus can shift quickly in a startup, so flexibility is a must.

You are also:

• Knowledgeable in sustainability, read a lot about sustainability or are interested to learn more about sustainability and sustainability communication

• Fluent in written and spoken English. Swedish is a plus but not mandatory

• A great writer who is adaptable to different writing styles, has a flair for creative writing, able to self-edit and self-fact check, with an eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar

• Knowledgeable with SEO – or willing to learn fast

• Familiar with SEM, SMM (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) - or willing to learn fast

• Familiar with using CMS or CRM platforms - or willing to learn fast

• Passionate about making creative content, with a strong aesthetic sense and an eye for detail and design (Visual content creation skills are a plus)

• Desire to learn new digital content marketing strategies, tactics and best practices

• Curious, creative, and open, willing to share your ideas and propose original and innovative solutions

• Highly organized with a high level of accountability for the quality and outcome of your work

• An independent self-starter with an insatiable curiosity and unrelenting drive to learn

• Comfortable working in a diverse team

• Able to join us full or part time during at least 16 weeks
