We provide a B2C and B2B marketplace platform (SaaS) in the automobile industry with B2G for charging infrastructure, focusing on hybrid- and electric cars. You don't have to be knowledgeable in the auto industry but good at the tech/user research part, creative, an avid learner and curious for answers and solutions.

As a design researcher with UX/UI experience and focusing on digital technology we are looking for You - who's curious, ambitious, want to make an impact, want to learn and grow professionally, has a toolbox and willing to add more as you go along, willing to support the team, progress together, and internationally prone.

We have worked hard to strengthen the consumer side of the platform and now the government side needs our attention. For this, we need a proficient UX/UI designer to help us out.

Responsibilities

• Review and discuss objectives for the government side

• Research user problems and needs

• Research stakeholders

• Research behaviours

• Work on Jobs-To-Be-Done

• Develop empathy map, persona(s), user journey

• Develop and Review preliminary wireframes, mockups

• User Testing of mockups

• Suggest next steps in UX/UI

We cannot promise that, due to time constraints from stakeholders, we won't have to do some quick wireframes and user testing in parallel to a structured approach. That's the very first we would like you to do - focus on the structured approach. This is the stepping stone for the future work to be done.
