We are looking for an ambitious and talented Social Media Student Assistant to drive and grow all social media platforms and curate the Social Media strategies for our international company across multiple markets. We’ll expect that you’re a keen copywriter and content creator with excellent Social Media expertise. You’re always staying on top of the latest SoMe trends and writing fluently in English.
introdus is a Pre & Onboarding SaaS platform, focused on Human Resources targets. That means that our main audience is HR directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and similar roles. However, we focus our communication on employee stories, and how they feel during their Pre & Onboarding process in their new company.
A bit about us and the position:
We are a rapidly growing company and would like to grow our SoMe even further.
We strongly believe in building real relationships via SoMe. Our entire strategy is focused on people and their stories, so SoMe are about working with high-quality content for our communities.
You will be sharing interviews, share experiences, insights, tips, surveys, and all the content that give value to our communities. We believe that good content comes from good storytelling. You will be able to create, find, surprise, and think outside the box, with qualified and clear information in order to increase engagement.
You will be guided by our current Social Media Manager following the Digital Marketing strategies. You will focus on the growth of all our platforms, especially LinkedIn. Lastly, you will be able to share your knowledge about all the possibilities in SoMe, as the specialist you are.
Your main tasks will be to:
Assist in managing social media platforms. Working closely together with the Head of Marketing and SoMe Manager in implementing the Social Media and community management strategy on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Help deliver engaging and quality content focusing on the essence of the content.
Community management - interacting with users and replying to all user post to engage and cultivate relationships with our audience and keep key internal stakeholders informed of trends and topics of interest.
Maintain excellent communication skills.
Develop an understanding of social media audiences, putting yourself in their shoes to give them what they like.

What we are looking for...
We imagine you currently pursue higher education in communication or marketing, but we could be biased. Most important is that:
You are digitally savvy and collaborative;
Experience in managing LinkedIn and have a keen eye on analytics is an advantage;
You have an interest in staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends within social media and community management;
You have experience with creative tools such as the Adobe package and Canva;
You speak and write English fluently;
You have natural way with words, style and tone to ensure each piece of copy is both consistent and captivating;
An energetic, flexible and helpful attitude.
For the right candidate, a full or part-time position can be an option after the 3 months internship. (To start on the 3rd of August 2022)
