The role  

You will support us in our process to get a deeper understanding of the behaviour & needs of our market, to interview and obtain feedback from our first users, and to identify our key advantages, opportunities and weaknesses on the market. 

Your primary area of ​​work will be conducting market research, where you would be expected to work independently with work tasks that will give you the opportunity to have your knowledge and skills tested in practice. But, in all fairness, you will have full freedom in the type of tasks you will do. The only thing which is going to be important is to achieve our set goals.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analysis of the market we operate in to identify our advantages and opportunities

• Create research campaigns in order to obtain feedback and recommendations from our various stakeholders (customers, partners) 

• Identify what key questions & issues we should explore in order to better understand for the benefit of our company to grow 

• Contribute to our growth strategy by analysing opportunities based on the analysis

• Research prospects and identity key stakeholders in order to generate interest and develop good rapport

Ideal Fit

• You are looking for a dynamic role in an startup company to allow you to gain experience in market research practices

• Knowledge about research software (digital tools to conduct research) is definitely a plus

• Have an anthropological background and understanding of research methodology 

• You are ambitious, self-driven and results oriented

• Positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills

• Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections

Requirements  

• You are currently a student, at least pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant studies;   

• Interest in business development & startups 

• Entrepreneurial spirit;  

• Thrives on direct, honest, and supportive communication;  

• Well organised and can work independently;  

• High proficiency in English and another European/Scandinavian language will be considered a plus
