What does the work consist of?

As a Delivery Manager, you will be in charge of helping our most valuable corporate clients in making strategic and tactical decisions based on customer insights. You will be a central part of producing, coordinating and presenting our most important customer involvement projects for clients. You will empower both clients and our entire team through Sonar’s industry-defining customer experience platform. You will have a crucial role in expanding our relationships with our largest enterprise clients incl. Maersk, Novozymes, Danske Bank, Grundfos, and many more.


What are your areas of responsibility?

  • Have full ownership of planning, coordinating and executing our most strategic client projects

  • You’ll oversee and support a team that produces outputs for (senior) stakeholders in the world’s largest companies

  • Become our ‘man/woman on the ground’, presenting and discussing strategic decisions with (senior) stakeholders in the world’s largest companies based on individual or several projects

  • Manage and expand a network of dedicated specialists that support you in your delivery of client projects through fundamental analysis

  • Propose and drive initiatives that allow Sonar to better serve our clients’ most complex and strategic needs and ambitions

  • Work closely with other members of our Sales and Delivery Team on individual client Engagements


What qualifications do you need?

We are looking for a person with great energy and drive who is motivated to be part of a growth journey with an ambitious and enthusiastic team.


We expect you to:

  • Be comfortable taking on the responsibilities outlined above from day one of the job

  • Understand how large enterprises work and understand how to communicate in that context

  • Be motivated by delivering strategic value and can quickly identify strategic needs and patterns

  • Be structured and able to think ahead, break down problems and identity the right way to solve them

  • Be able to get things done, think fast on your feet and make the right decisions under pressure


You will stand out if you

  • Have a solid academic track record and displayed an ability to consistently perform at a high-level

  • Have leadership aspirations and/or ambitions within large enterprises, fast-growing companies or similar

  • Has 2-3 years of experience in either management consulting or agency work (however, we’re completely open for other types of experience if you think you’re the right candidate for the job)
