We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help us redefine wellbeing for businesses internationally.

We help companies like Nestle, Milestone, and Soundboks to improve mental, physical, and social employee wellbeing.

This is valuable because:

• Companies have a hard time retaining employees.

• With remote/hybrid work, informal interactions between employees are reduced.

• White-collar workers deal with physical pain from their work.

• The newest generation of employees requires their employers to take their wellbeing seriously. They also struggle more with their mental health than previous generations.

  
  

We are a VC-backed scale-up on an exciting growth journey with a team of ~30 employees. Our product vision is as follows:

Unity through movement: Through social rituals, employees build stronger relationships while enhancing their wellbeing. Deploy Pleaz to unite people in a better workplace.  

Today, we do offer a B2B SaaS platform with video-guided fun, mindful, and active breaks. All videos are based on science and tailored to improve the wellbeing of employees.

While this works and we have a lot of happy customers, there is an enormous potential to build an industry-changing product that offers a much simpler, fun, and social experience.

The role

The Product Designer will work closely with product management and tech to design and deliver our new product to be released in Q4, which will unlock the next level of our growth journey (Series A + US expansion). The ideal candidate will be a visionary product design leader throughout our growth journey.

Organizationally, the Product Designer will be a part of the Product team and report to the Chief Product Officer.

The job

The Product Designer will have to engage in a wide range of product design work including:

• From brainstorming through implementation, grasping and distilling requirements matters into clean, sticky, and understandable solutions in an iterative process.

• Produce ambitious and high-quality designs in the form of wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes.

• Select and apply design standards, conventions, and frameworks to help us build products faster and better.

• Preach and apply best practices within UX design.

You

• You have a solid portfolio demonstrating your skills and a couple of years of experience from a similar position working with digital products.

• It is absolutely critical that the Product Designer can work independently and be motivated by the learning and impact opportunity at hand.

• To succeed, we believe that the Product Designer must be confident, open-minded, and embrace collaboration.
