Who we are

We are an early-stage startup hell-bent on improving the post-purchase experience in the e-commerce industry, starting with the biggest pain point: returns. We move fast and expect a lot because we're working on something that will truly make the e-commerce industry more sustainable, financially and environmentally.


What we’re looking for

We are looking for an intern to work hand in hand with the Expansion Manager and CEO for a minimum of three months, which will be crucial for the development of the start-up.

We need a problem solver, someone that sees opportunities and potential to improve. You will play an important role in taking yayloh to the next level - thus, you should desire to go above and beyond to deliver and grow as an individual.


Tasks:

Business development: develop the pipeline of potential customers, preparation of cold emails campaign, use linkedin/IG and other tools to find new prospective leads, update of the CRM

Sales: participate in sales meeting together with the Expansion Manager or the CEO, help following-up with prospects (preparing emails, documenting CRM)

Expansion: help on ad-hoc topics related to expansion (partnership, events, market expansion study)

This internship will be a great opportunity to experience what it is to work in an early-stage start-up environment, to be given a lot of responsibilities and exposure to both the management team and customers.

The intern mission and tasks will also depend on the intern's competencies and aspirations to grow and this is a great chance to have a steep learning curve.


Requirements:

Must-have: Excellent written English communication skills. Another language is a plus.

Ideally, previous sales experience in a fast-pace environment, start-ups or B2B.
