We are looking for a high-energy, driven customer success manager who has an existing knowledge of SaaS, e-commerce and direct B2B sales. You will be onboarding our solutions to new prospect accounts in the SMB (small and medium-sized business) segment.
We care deeply about building strong, long-term relationships with our customers, so we’re looking for candidates who can balance the need to move fast with a personal approach at the right pace for each customer. The position is fully remote.
Our customers are small and medium-size online fashion brands. Your role is to be their go-to person from the moment we sign them and for the rest of their time with our company.
You will be responsible for:
Onboarding new customers and assisting our integration team. Essentially, you will be a bridge between our tech team and customer's business to ensure that the integration goes as smooth and as fast as possible.
Guiding product adoption, while ensuring that the customer gets maximum value from Easysize products. This includes customer updates on new releases & product updates.
Building long-term and trusted relationships with our customers and ensure high satisfaction, low churn and ever-increasing CLV.
Collaborating with tech teams to solve technical support requests in a timely manner
Identifying and nurturing new opportunities at the account level and work closely with sales to close upsell.

1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar CS role – especially within SaaS B2B tech industries and dealing with customers from SMB segments.

Be active on social media : customer support & brand awareness
You are great at multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing your time effectively.
You have experience using CRM systems (ideally, HubSpot).
Strong communication and presentation skills
You are fluent in English
Ideally you are based in the EU due to customer time zones [ EMEA & US ]
Nice to haves
Working at another SAAS company is considered a plus
Speaking in multiple languages
