As a Partner Success Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers get as much value as possible from their investment in Brick.
You are responsible for providing our partners with the education and support that they need to succeed. You are our expert when it comes to the platform and the product. You will be responsible for our customer-relationships and help our customers develop their work processes and business opportunities through Brick.
A typical task would be advising our customers on topics such as how to succeed in sales and help them look at data and processes to find points or improvement.
You will be part of the commercial organization at Brick, but you will also help the product team stay informed about what clients actually want or need.
