We are looking for a marketing manager that has experience in growth marketing towards an international B2B audience. You will be responsible for our overall marketing strategy including planning, implementing and monitoring all aspects of our marketing with the aim to create growth and to build the qbee brand further. This position will allow you to shape and define our marketing operation including the company communication and brand positioning. You will be part of the management team and a key driver in building a holistic high growth strategy with focus on marketing automation and KPIs. 

qbee AS is an innovative Linux device management and remote access SaaS platform provider for IoT and industry 4.0. We enable companies to manage large fleets of devices, allow simple OTA (over the air) software updates and do full device automation. Our integrated VPN is a simple and secure way to access devices behind any company firewall.

We have received venture funding and are now scaling up our operations. Since we have ambitious global goals we are looking for a marketing manager that is motivated and able to help us to reach those. Being a start-up we need someone that is both good at strategy and navigating towards our long term goals as well as being able to act quickly and hands-on on a daily basis. Our office is just outside of Oslo at Rosenholm stasjon and our company language is English.

Key responsibilities

• Create growth through digital marketing initiatives 

• Explore and build key KPIs to allow efficient resource allocation

• Plan, develop and implement marketing activities across all channels

• Build the global qbee brand and marketing team

• Plan and execute PR activities

Key qualifications & skills

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or similar

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience

• In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords and optimizations

• SEO and Google Analytics

• Ability to create high quality content in English

• Good communication skills

• Good team work skills

• Ability to run and manage projects with external partners or agencies
