Data and Process Driven Sales & Marketing Developer

We are looking for a person with sales and/or marketing experience and data-driven mindset to improve our sales and marketing processes at Treamer to change the job market - in Finland and internationally.

Together with our energetic sales and marketing team, our target is to grow Treamer to become the market leader in digital staffing in Finland and support local teams while opening new markets in Europe.

In your role, you actively monitor sales and marketing KPI’s and do agile A / B testing in collaboration with the sales team to find the most effective processes and tools for us to reach our goals.

You analyze marketing data to identify new potential customers and to acquire qualified leads through marketing for the sales team to contact.

Together with the team, you will work fearlessly to increase the awareness through digital marketing and grow and streamline our sales pipeline and processes along the way.

In this role, only the sky's the limit and it depends on you for what your job description will look like in the future! Fast-paced work tasks and a vibrant work community require an attitude, which is why we need you to be self-driven, goal-oriented, courageous and have a start-up mindset!

Because the job involves market analysis and a lot of marketing data to be gathered, we require you to be analytical and be able to calm down to accurate work when needed.

We expect much from ourselves and you and surely guarantee you the keys to success by providing proper tools and team support with a variety of tasks.

You will have flexible working hours and access to hybrid workspaces at the VillageWork premises of Sähkötalo Helsinki. If necessary, the work can also be done remotely, but in the beginning and as needed, we also require the opportunity to work on site.

Salary

Base salary according to experience and competence + a commission model tied to the company's growth. Opportunity for the stock option plan after the first year. When you succeed, Treamer succeeds. When Treamer succeeds, you succeed.
