Job duties and responsibilities 

As a Logistic Specialist in Denmark, your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and manage ShopUSA Logistic flow: Warehousing, trucking, shipping and distribution.

• Set the standard and process to ensure that all Logistic process are aligned with our customer journey in a cost-effective way.

• Be the expect in all Logistic matters process throughout the ShopUSA shipping concept.

• Analyze data and continuously improve the way we handle and manage Logistics.  

• Support the Customer Success team with Logistic guidelines, requirements, and decisions.

• Solve critical Logistic challenges.

• Set the direction and guidelines on challenging and difficult Logistic-related decisions.

Qualifications

The most important skill in this role is strong attention to detail and a structured approach. Therefore, if you can tick most of the boxes below, we would love to hear from you!

• Experience in a similar role as Logistic Specialist.

• +5 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment with focus on Logistics; Shipping, 3PL and Distribution

• Proven track record within Logistics.

• Analytical mindset and a solid business understanding

• High-energy and self-driven individual including a track record of “getting the job done”

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines

• Willingness to “go the extra mile” to satisfy customer needs

• Top notch communication skills and stakeholder management

• A “can do” attitude that challenges status quo and always seeks to improve

• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - in particularly master level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers as well as colleagues, also on an international level.

• Fluent in Danish and English is a requirement.
