Job duties and responsibilities
As a Logistic Specialist in Denmark, your main responsibilities will include:
Develop and manage ShopUSA Logistic flow: Warehousing, trucking, shipping and distribution.
Set the standard and process to ensure that all Logistic process are aligned with our customer journey in a cost-effective way.
Be the expect in all Logistic matters process throughout the ShopUSA shipping concept.
Analyze data and continuously improve the way we handle and manage Logistics.
Support the Customer Success team with Logistic guidelines, requirements, and decisions.
Solve critical Logistic challenges.
Set the direction and guidelines on challenging and difficult Logistic-related decisions.
Qualifications
The most important skill in this role is strong attention to detail and a structured approach. Therefore, if you can tick most of the boxes below, we would love to hear from you!
Experience in a similar role as Logistic Specialist.
+5 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment with focus on Logistics; Shipping, 3PL and Distribution
Proven track record within Logistics.
Analytical mindset and a solid business understanding
High-energy and self-driven individual including a track record of “getting the job done”
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Willingness to “go the extra mile” to satisfy customer needs
Top notch communication skills and stakeholder management
A “can do” attitude that challenges status quo and always seeks to improve
Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - in particularly master level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers as well as colleagues, also on an international level.
Fluent in Danish and English is a requirement.
