The Role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to help us grow our platform by identifying, prioritising between and executing on growth opportunities.

Because Adless is effectively a marketplace, it is crucial to our success that we manage supply from content creators and demand from subscribers well and at the same time we must be mindful of new opportunities. You will therefore report directly to- and work closely with the CEO.


Your responsibilities:

  • Own the entire customer acquisition pipeline.

  • Own metrics and (limited) reporting on customer acquisition and growth.

  • Initially we expect you to be very hands-on, but over time you will be a part of building out the relevant functional teams, like marketing, sales and customer success.


Do not worry if you do not have experience with all of these areas yet. We are looking for cultural fit, motivation and willingness to grow with the role more than a long career in the field.

  • We are remote-first and do not expect you to come into an office - ever. The business will be based in Aarhus, Denmark if you care about geographical distance.

  • We expect you to be interested to grow your competencies and will make sure that you get opportunities to do so.

  • Special requirements for the core team:

    • We need you to be an EU citizen (to keep the legal process light)

    • We need you to be reasonably close to the CET/UTC+1 time zone so that we can more easily work directly together when needed.

Where Are We?

Startups come at various levels of maturity. We want to be honest with you about where we are on our journey so you make an informed decision if you want to join us.

  • We have a live product that we are starting to onboard content creators (supply) on.

  • We are actively engaging with large content creators to accelerate progress towards a critical amount of supply in select niche markets.

  • We will open up for subscribers (demand) within a month or two, depending on available supply.

  • We are currently focusing on validating the core business concept.

  • We plan to raise a Seed funding round in early fall to build out a core team, which you would be a part of. This position will be funded by this round, so we will be in close conversations to make sure you know if we are on track.

Compensation: A compensation package will be assembled based on your preferences between equity/cash.
