We at Skosh challenge the polluting cleaning industry by drastically rethinking everyday cleaning products. However, our fast-growing customer base and audience on social media is in need of your support!

Your tasks

• Sourcing, contacting, and negotiating partnerships with influencers and collaborators.

• Uploading, publishing, and scheduling posts for various social media platforms.

• Monitoring social media posts, participating through comments and discussions.

• Interacting with customers through various platforms.

• Creating and designing graphics, layouts, and content pieces for postings.

• Solving customer inquiries about products, orders, or general questions.

• Updating our internal database based on exchanges with customers.

• Organising and managing customer feedback through interaction with customers.

We are looking for someone...

• Proactive with a lot of energy and drive to make the world a more sustainable place!

• Ongoing or finished studies in business administration, (Media-) communication, or similar studies.

• Experience in photography, videography and the Adobe Create Suite is an advantage.

• Interest in e-commerce, sustainability and design.

• Creative and understanding of our brand values.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

About the internship

• Unpaid, full-time for 3-6 months. However, this is flexible so don't hesitate to reach out to us even if this isn't exactly your fit.

• An opportunity to potentially become part of the team after the internship has ended.

• We are happy to host you for example during an LIA or student internship.

• It is a plus if you are able to join us in our office in Malmö.
