We are looking for an Estonian speaking sales rep to start selling our software in Estonia. We have recently launched our product in Finland, and are seeing some good traction and now want to expand to new markets.

Our software helps SME companies and entrepreneurs in the renovation industry to send offers, contracts, invoices, manage their projects, assign work tasks and chat with all relevant parties. We also have a marketplace where companies and individuals can sell or buy services or products. Our solution costs 29€ per month per user. For the products and services sold on the marketplace we charge a 4% transaction fee. We always offer one month free trial period.

Your typical working day would consist of contacting small companies operating in the field, telling them about our business tools and a new sales channel. It of course helps if you have some experience in the field or other contacts. We will of course support you with any needed data.

Fluency in Estonian and English / Finnish is needed.

At the initial stage you would get paid by the number of new customers acquired. Eventually we can also offer a fixed base salary. We also want to reward our well performing team members with stock options. If you are an entrepreneurial soul and want to take full ownership of the Estonian business (setting up office, recruiting, covering admin costs, getting share of revenue and significant ownership) - even better.
