We expect you to be a skilled developer with experience managing both insourced and outsourced teams. But you will also be required to get your hand dirty yourself.

Experience from the language tech industry is obviously an advantage, but not a requirement.

Our organisation is remote, so we do not require a specific location. However, we do expect you to be in a European time zone as well as be fluent in English.

You will enter the company as a partner and receive equity.
