Our closet is composed of carefully selected second-hand and unused items by our stylists. For 299 SEK per month, our customers get access to our closet and can receive 4 items every month, wear them and return them after a month or keep them a little longer. As an Operations Team Intern, you will be supporting the operations on a need-by-need basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn what it's like to work in an operations-focused team learning to work efficiently and strategically towards the team goals. 📦❤️ 🏢

Some of your responsibilities might include:

• Unpacking our returned boxes, doing quality controls, washing, and organizing all the items we receive back from our customers.

• You may also be responsible for packing, steaming, and closing the boxes in a qualitative manner within the set time frame.

• Help our Incoming Goods Team with sewing, unboxing, sorting, and organizing our new supply.

• You will work at our new office in Kista (no remote work possible).

• You will be part of a team of young, driven colleagues who work in close collaboration on a daily basis.

• The pace can be high but the team is here to create the best work environment.

Who are we looking for?

• As a person you spread good energy to your colleagues, are outgoing and enjoy working in teams.

• You are efficient and like to work at a high pace. You know how to work with structure and are meticulous.

• Your duties will place high demands on professionalism, speed, and quality of work.

• You have a beginner's understanding of Excel + Google tools.

• You are available to work Monday to Friday. We look for flexible time frames.

Our office is located in Kista with access to both the metro and buses, just a few minutes from Kista Galleria. This position is in-house only (no remote work).
