Currently, we are looking for a Full Stack Software Development Trainee with a background in computer science / software development who wants to expand their knowledge in sustainable innovations.

Mbegu Solar is a Swedish company that develops a technology platform connecting micro-enterprises in emerging markets with existing solar solutions. At Mbegu Solar, our vision is to empower micro-enterprises with long lasting impact. We believe that this can only be achieved through sustainable innovation: combining the need for clean and reliable energy with the creation of economic opportunities.

In 2021, we launched MVP1.0 and are currently working on improving the solution for MVP2.0 to be launched in the coming months. We are preferably looking for developers living in or around Lund. For the length of initial project, the intended duration is 2-6 months.

Qualification:

• you are a Backend developer with basic frontend skills;

• have experience building websites using some web framework such as laravel, django, node or similar;

• worked with startup or development of web platform will be a plus;

• have (almost) completed bachelor or master in computer science / software development
