What you'll be doing
Establishing our blog on security-related issues and topics. We want to help developers and security professionals better understand the space of web application security and, for that reason, we would like to establish an industry-leading blog with high-quality content (including, interviews with experts, deep dives into current vulnerabilities, how-to guides on security-related topics, and more). We want our blog to be a top tier resource for developers and to drive traffic to our main site at https://heyhack.com.
Creating landing pages for relevant keywords. We want to make it easier to find the information you need with respect to web application security. We use Ahrefs.com extensively to understand how developers and security professionals are interested in. Based on keyword analysis in Ahrefs.com and other sources, you would set up landing pages with relevant information that answers the queries that users have and, ultimately, lead them to sign up for a free trial of our product.
Mapping out other blogs and podcasts. We would love to engange with other bloggers and podcasters to share knowledge on web application security with a wider audience. Part of your job would be to map out the leading blogs and podcasts in the realm of web app security and reach out to the people behind to set up collaborations or guest appearances.
Laying the foundation for the biggest and best knowledge base on web application risks and vulnerabilities. The leading body in the space of web application security is OWASP, the Open Web Application Security Project. It's a fantastic organization that has contributed with a wide variety of insights and knowledge on web app security. While their site hosts a plethora of information, it is not very organized and some of their articles are somewhat outdated. We would like to establish the number 1 resource for learning about and understanding common web-related risks and vulnerabilities and you would lead the effort to found this knowledge base.
