Role Description:

The Content Creator & SoMe Manager will be responsible for creating content and executing on the content strategy set by the Head of Marketing for LAMB’s chosen channels.

Furthermore they will be responsible for the daily execution of the content strategy in all the social media channels. That includes capturing visual content, writing posts for social media, uploading content and replying to interactions on the different platforms.

This person will own our social media channels from the details all the way to the big picture. That means being the one solely responsible for growing our audience on each channel and monitoring our performance through analytics; content ideation, creation and packaging/design; and creating and maintaining conversations with our audience on each channel (DMs, comments, etc.). 

They are responsible for writing copy for our events. They will also ensure that our event schedule gets put into our app, posted on our website and in the Bruce app. They will work closely with the Event Manager to ensure the correct schedule and descriptions of the event are communicated.

As a part of the role, they will be responsible for analyzing results from Instagram Facebook  and LinkedIn, taking key learnings and growing our channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Reaching defined KPIs and targets for audience growth, engagement and organic web traffic

  • Generate ideas for social media

  • Create content and post on Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and other platforms we might include in our marketing efforts

  • Manage all social media channels by answering DM:s, reply to comments, follow interesting brands/people, repost stories

  • Exhibit a strong creative drive, capturing and packaging content from the space everyday to share on social media and posts on LinkedIn

  • Write copy for events

  • Add events to the app, website and Bruce

  • Update and change event schedule in the app/website/Bruce

  • Develop an understanding of how our content helps us achieve our KPI:s (brand awareness and lead generation). Use learnings to further our content creation.
