We are now looking for more Customer Success Managers to join our CS team based in our office in central Stockholm.
Customer Success at Startdeliver is literally the core of our business, and directly grows our company. By driving our customers adoption and best practises of the Startdeliver platform and success playbook, you will play a key part in growing our revenue as well as further developing our product. Together with a strong and fast growing team of customer success pros you will become an expert and change driver that helps our customers level up in their own customer success journey.
About the role:
To be successful in this role you need to have a deep understanding of SaaS in general and Customer Success in particular. Customer Success Managers are one of the most important roles in our business. A lot of time, attention, and training will be given to ensure your success.
What you will be doing on daily/weekly basis:
Work closely with your customer portfolio and learn about our customers goals and challenges to understand how we best set them up for success throughout the customer journey.
Drive onboarding projects of new customers through integrations, configuration and best practices. Make our users excited about adopting Startdeliver and how it will support them in reaching their goals.
Drive expansion by continued success – understand how we can give more value and grow with our customer by expanding their account.
Ensure customer retention by quickly taking action on declining customer health metrics to understand the problem and get the customer back on track.
Be the voice of our customers feedback and needs to help us understand how we can improve our product, processes and content resources to help users and customers be more successful with our platform.

We are looking for exceptional people with 2+ years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management. You have a strong drive, solve problems and achieve results. You have a strong technical acumen with an understanding of SaaS products and integrations. You are motivated by driving change, reaching goals and being part of a growth journey and a great team.
In addition to functional experience, we see the following as positive on your application:
Excellent communication skills
Project management experience
Worked in another SaaS or Tech company
Competed at a very high level in any sport
