About the role

Our website is the face of our company, the first impression, it is the best way to show our amazing products to the world, and to explain more about the journey we are on. Therefore, we are now hiring a dedicated frontend developer who will drive initiatives to develop the design and functionality of our website.

In this role, you will be part of the tech team but will also work closely with the marketing manager Emilie, as well as our external partners. Our developer Karl, who previously worked with the website, will act as a mentor to get you up and running with things.

Our goal is to have a ‘less is more’ kind of website, with a clean design, and easy-to-use functionality. We want our product information to be accessible to our clients, and be able to convert website visitors into leads for our sales team.

This role is really interesting (very unbiased opinion, of course!) because you will be able to drive your own initiatives and turn something already good, into something really great.

Stack: React.js, with Gatsby, Contentful, GraphQL, and AWS Lambda.

Your main responsibility will be to:

• Implement new design and functionality on the website

• Increase website performance

• Drive projects to optimize our website & career site

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is good at developing epic websites with React. We believe you have at least one year of working experience – but, bear in mind, for this role culture fit, drive and ambition eat a heavy resume for breakfast!

It would be great if you have some experience in web performance, setting up tracking pixels, SEO, and other relevant stuff like growth and A/B testing. But do not worry if it's not your A-game, we have consultants that can help us with this as well.

The most important thing is that you are technically savvy with the ability to make things happen, that you make your own suggestions for improvement, and that you can collaborate successfully with stakeholders across the organization.
