 Klar is growing more than 100% every year and we are on track to do so yet again in 2022! Do you think you can accelerate our marketing and digital product performance to aim for higher growth? Then you're the one we're looking for!

Responsibilities and daily life at Klar

• Developing and executing online and offline seasonal campaigns using a variety of media in close collaboration with our creative team

• Work with both paid and organic advertising, which includes - but is not limited to - Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Advertising and guerilla marketing efforts dependent on what is deemed to bring the most growth. You will continuously optimize existing channels as well as explore and validate new ones

  • ^ work with and be on top of attribution and marketing performance analysis

• Conduct continuous research to understand our users better, hereunder their problems, and experiment on potential communicative solutions to the identified problems

• Help shape the growth team expected to grow (no pun intended) as Klar follows its revenue targets

• And all the other things you deem relevant to bring rapid growth to Klar. 

  
  

We look for… 

• Knowledge and practical experience with digital marketing, hereunder Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager (now Meta) and/or Search Engine Optimization.

• ^ quantitative skills such as working with spreadsheets and/or SQL are nice but not need to have

• Language: Excellent written and verbal English skills and at least an intermediate level of Swedish, Norwegian, German or Danish (you will be at an office where everyone speaks Danish)

• A growth mindset and an eagerness to learn and develop yourself on a continuous basis driven by engagement, feedback and a deep desire to deliver great results

• You love to question the status quo and try different solutions, even if you fail at first.

 Our Production & Back Office is based in Tartu, Estonia, but you will be working from our cosy Danish office in Valby, where the Commerce team is based. You will be sharing the office with 14 nice colleagues. If you feel like working from our sister offices in Stockholm, Tallinn or Tartu once in a while, you are more than welcome to do that.

 Our work environment is nice and informal and we’re always open and adaptable – that is of course needed in a startup environment, but it also means you will be able to influence how the work environment is at the office. We have a cool social environment with free lunch twice a week, Friday bars, team-building trips twice a year, and more.
