Esgaia is a fast-growing Swedish B2B Sustainability/ Fintech startup focusing on simplifying the ESG-engagement process for asset managers and asset owners. Our solution enables investors to focus more on true value-adding activities to increase their impact, rather than getting stuck in inefficient administrative tasks around engagement data and records management. We are now looking for a driven Sales Developer to join our team!


Your mission at Esgaia

In this role, you'll be working in close collaboration with the CEO, sales colleagues, and the marketing team. You need to be self-sufficient, sales-driven, highly communicative, and love to work with clients and people.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound lead & prospecting activities

  • Develop the outbound prospecting/sales process

  • Qualify and handover leads to sales representatives

  • Book qualified sales meetings for sales representatives

  • Research, identify and prospect for new customers within assigned markets and territories

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on customer segmentation and research


Who do we think you are?

The role will suit a self-starter who is willing to learn and is driven by interacting with others. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.


Qualifications / Skills:

  • A strong eagerness to go above and beyond.

  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member

  • Experience in working with CRM systems

  • English, written, and verbal proficiency

  • Interest in going further within sales in the future, into senior sales roles.
