Looking for a Cloud Engineer/Specialist to support our Cornerstone.land project. Your responsibilities will mainly involve the web development of Zoan’s pixel streamed Cornerstone.land experience together with a team of Unreal Engine developers and UI/UX designers. The end goal is to create a multi-cloud solution for deployment and autoscaling of cloud resources based on the demand (amount of simultaneous users). 

Pixel streaming enables high-end PC performance on the browser with a combination of local or virtual PCs running the game/project in a game engine (Unreal Engine) and streaming it to the web (WebRTC). Cornerstone.land has been designed as a scalable solution, so the deployment and scaling will happen in virtual machines on the cloud. 

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities related to the development of Cornerstone.land are:

• Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud virtual machine setup and management

• Utilizing Terraform infrastructure as a code solution to deploy and autoscale cloud virtual machine resources. 

• Development of Azure or AWS auto-scaling solutions for pixel streaming

• Automation of the deployment and setup process of UE4 apps and additional pixel streaming related scripts

  
  

Is this you?

You have already a few years of development experience with the following technologies: 

• Back-end: Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Node.js (able to work independently)

Nice to have: Experience with C++, interest or experience of game engines (especially Unreal Engine and pixel streaming), interest in Web 3
