Job Responsibilities
The core of the role is to build and manage the sales funnel; actively reach out to new prospects (event organizers), build relationships with current clients and work with our partners.
In addition, you will:
Investigate markets and regions for new business opportunities
Work on Sales strategies together with the team and your manager
Build the portfolio of new partners (event organizers), introduce them to our offers and facilitate their onboarding process
Up-sell: additional sales of promotion packages and deals from our partners
Develop a good understanding of market trends and competitor movements
Who are you: key skills and experiences
Sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals
Communication skills - excellent written and verbal communication in German and English. Other languages are a big plus, however, you do not have to speak Swedish
Organizational skills - be comfortable working on parallel tasks and deadlines
Time-management skills - understand how to prioritize your time
Drive and self-motivation - goal-oriented and commission-driven
