ABOUT THE ROLE
As our first Instructional Designer, you will dedicate your time to partnering with colleagues across functions to understand their learning needs and design engaging and pedagogical digital content which sparks growth, learning, and reflection. You will have a fantastic opportunity to create impact, bring forward best-case practices, and set up a strong foundation for a unique digital learning environment we wish to create. This role will be key in designing learning frameworks, learning journeys, functional academies, and “ways of working” for digital learning in collaboration with colleagues across functions. You will provide guidance and training to colleagues globally to ensure we have a unified approach to digital course creation and building digital learning journeys. You will be our main “owner” of the Learning Management System and ensure that we have an inspiring digital learning environment with quality content in place.
You will be a part of our global People & Culture function, with colleagues spread across Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands, the UK, and the US. You will join an exciting journey of creating a new global Talent and L&D team which will have a central role in driving the talent growth and learning across EasyPark. On top of that, you will collaborate closely with our functional L&D Specialists in our growing global L&D network.

YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND MAKE AN IMPACT THROUGH:
collaborating closely with colleagues across EasyPark in creating engaging digital learning journeys and pedagogical course content for digital and in-person delivery
being an “owner” of our Learning Management System, creating and nurturing an inspiring digital learning environment
developing guiding materials for creating quality digital learning content, and deliver trainings to colleagues globally
conducting need-based instructional research and analysis
ensuring we have the right tools in place to assess digital learning effectiveness and act upon findings

Experience with planning and designing digital learning journeys, training sessions, e-learning courses, and/or lesson plans.
Experience with Learning Management System ownership and/or a Course development software
Knowledge of learning theories, design thinking, and instructional design principles
Previous experience in providing guidance and/or running Train-the-trainer initiatives
Excellent English language both written and spoken. Swedish is not required, additional EasyPark languages are highly appreciated (I.e. Spanish, German, French, Italian. )
University Bachelor Degree within a field of relevance
