Designer with The Many

Work in a young Fintech company on a variety of projects to increase customer engagement and brand awareness. You will be in an environment where the distance from thought to execution is short and where you will be able to make you mark on the ongoing development of our corporate identity as well as our digital platform.

Strong communication is a key to success for us and we need various kinds of visual content of the highest quality to support that. As our new in-house designer, you will be entrusted with the responsibility to use all your knowledge and skills of both digital- as well as graphic design to ensure that all deliverables have a look and feel that underlines our vison and mission within the Fintech industry.

The job

You’ll work with our marketing and customer success teams on developing content for a wide range of communicative needs, ranging anywhere from design for sales material, our website, and social media to digital advertising and general communication to our customers. You will be working with our tech team to improve the UX and user journeys for our customers. In addition, you will assist with creation of video content to the extent your skillset within this field allows you too.

You

You probably have a master’s degree in graphic/digital design or a related field, or you have significant experience in the area. You are fluent in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and have a working knowledge of UX and website development. Experience with creation of video content is preferred but not required.

You have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills and a desire for making a positive impact on both our brand and product. As a person you are comfortable when working independently but know that collaboration always bring the best results. Taking ownership of assignments while consistently striving to improve comes naturally to you.
