We're looking for a Senior PHP Engineer to join our small, cross-functional team of expert engineers and take part in hands-on development of our recruitment-boosting products.

Since 2010, we’ve been exploring the most optimal ways for talent to discover and match with the right employers. Along the way, we developed a number of products that simplify the recruitment process and allow companies to effectively leverage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract the right candidates. Having discovered a strong product-market-fit, we are now expanding our cross-functional agile team with the ambition to amplify our product development. Aiming to recruit four engineers in the nearest future.

The role:

We are looking for a passionate software engineer with PHP background and practical experience of AWS to take a servant leader role on the team - to inspire others with ideas and by personal example, while taking an active part in hands-on development of our products. As a senior engineer you are expected to have fresh thoughts on how things should be done, to show initiative, to advocate your ideas and to take the lead in realising them. The scope of your responsibilities will include being in tight contact with the product owner and other stakeholders, providing feedback on various business initiatives, and advising on how they can benefit from the use of technology in the most optimal ways.

Key requirements:

• English proficiency (effortless verbal and written communication)

• Desire to take responsibility for architecture and technical decisions

• Strong knowledge of MySQL, PHP, Symfony

• Hands-on development experience with AWS

• Good understanding of deployment solutions

Bonus (nice-to-haves):

• Experience with Elasticsearch, Redis, Docker

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Experience with Facebook API

• Experience with front-end development
