Simplyture is an international and ambitious SaaS scale-up that aims to revolutionize the mobility and parking industry and we are looking to hire a Project Manager with a structured mindset and technical flair to join our Operations Team.

We are in the midst of an international market expansion of our digital software platform that brings parking, mobile apps, data, and marketing together. We are already in DK, SE, FI, NO, and the UK, and we are on our way into several other markets. 

You will be working either from our office in Helsinki, Stockholm or Copenhagen, working closely with our country managers in Finland and Sweden as well as our HQ in Denmark. In this role you will manage all steps of project planning, stakeholder management and support once projects are live. This will be done in collaboration with the Operations Team. You will refer directly to our Head of Operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project scoping and resource planning for new projects

• Management of milestones and timely delivery from our suppliers

• Once you have familiarized yourself with the position, you will become a central part in identifying the optimal technical solutions and setup for new sites

• Customer and stakeholder management to constantly find the best results and ensuring all parties are well informed throughout the project

• Ongoing support to existing and new customers

• Assisting the sales team throughout the sales process

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS

• Experience from the tech or mobility industry working with complex solutions

• Project management experience

• Flair for technical (IT) solutions and systems

• Fluent in Finnish (reading this, we assume you speak English)

• Good communication skills

• You have a structured approach to your work
