If so, you might be just the student we are looking for!

We are currently growing our business a lot, across most of the world, and we need help in managing our client and lead databases, keeping documents updated, ensuring that information gets to the people who need it, and all the other small or large projects that pop up.

Who are we? We are around 50 people spread across our four offices in Copenhagen, Reykjavik, Belgrade and New York. We create intuitive marketing tools for the live entertainment industry and work with some of the most prominent theatres, festivals and concert arenas in the world.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• You are fluent in and can demonstrate excellent English proficiency in writing and speaking. Preferably native level

• You are a structured person with a good eye for detail and quality

• You are a natural project coordinator and great at getting things done

• You thrive handling many different types of tasks and working in different contexts

• You have a natural flair for communicating clearly, both internally with the team and externally with clients and partners

• You are a positive, engaged person - someone others can rely on

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not a requirement

What does your new job look like?

You are a part of a highly engaged international team. You will work from our office at the Camp (in Ballerup), a great place to work when you are not working from home. You will work closely with our Chief Business Officer, (Martin Gammeltoft) to whom you will report as well as with other members of the team, our clients and partners. 

You will have your own responsibilities, such as managing and improving our lead database and setting up structures for tracking sales and campaigns.
