We are an ArtTech startup enhancing the physical Art World with a pioneering solution for authenticating, securing, collecting and managing Art.
Opportunity: Customer Support Interns (Remote/Stockholm)
Responsibilities will include:
Engage with customers
Develop Customer Support knowledge base
You will be expected to work 2-3 days a week from our office in central Stockholm and allocate around 1-2 hours a day to engage with customers.
Qualifications / Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication (Swedish/English)
Good understanding of mobile apps, ecommerce, internet technologies
IT background will be beneficial
Friendly attitude to work closely with customers
Willingness to visit and educate customers
Internship Details:
Location: Stockholm
Duration: 3-6 months
Start date: Immediate
Remuneration: Unpaid
