We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and Swedish-speaking Country Manager to help build, manage and grow the shopping assistant Molly in Sweden.
About Molly
Molly is a fast-growing shopping assistant, which gives users great tips for better shopping while shopping online on Safari or Chrome. Molly can give users tips on everything from contact information, suggestions for better purchases on other sites, reviews and warnings for the current site and discount codes. It saves users both time and money when shopping with Molly installed. Molly is owned by Bownty.com but operates as a standalone entity.
The role
The primary role of a Country Manager is to be responsible for Molly’s operations in Sweden. The Country Manager will be the primary contact for partners, establish partnerships, develop new business and try to ensure profitability. You will work in close contact with the Danish Country Manager who is responsible for all the activities in Denmark. Together you will activate nordic online campaigns with our partners to ensure profitable businesses for both parties.
Responsibilities
The Country Manager for Sweden is responsible for various marketing channels i.e. affiliate marketing, influencer marketing and SEO
Detect and implement valuable local information that can help users getting a better shopping experience when served just in time
Website management
Identifying and implementing new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the affiliate partner websites as well as developing and improving traffic from various channels
Using our Business Intelligence platform to retrieve data and examine valuable insights on customer behaviour and trends
Requirements
Strong passion & interest for the e-commerce industry
You should have a strong interest and basic knowledge for:
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
D2C communication
Strong communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Fluent in Swedish and English
You are proactive, reliable, result-oriented and have a high sense of urgency which makes it easy for you to excel in a dynamic environment
