About the role:
You will work as a part of an ambitious SEO team, where your role is to manage our outreach linkbuilding activities. Among the most important skills that our link building team leader should have are the ability to build, maintain, and advance meaningful relationships with our partners, as well as ability to successfully manage and communicate with team members. Previous link building and team management experience is preferred.
The job involves working with process documentation, recruitment/onboarding of new team members and other project management skills, to allow the SEO department to scale its outreach activities.
You will also have time to assist with the actual outreach and campaign building.
Among the most important skills that our linkbuilding specialist should have is the ability to communicate well in fluent english.
Content marketing and SEO background will help you acquire links faster and spend less time on a learning curve.
Responsibilities:
Scaling and leading an outreach department within the SEO team
Educate newly hired employees.
Building templates, processes and documentation
Coming up with ideas for new linkable assets, PR campaigns or similar
Set up weekly/monthly reports to showcase the number of links built during a particular time frame.
Building strong relationship with partners and link agencies
Requirements:
Fluent english
Experience with project management
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with linkbuilding/outreach
Well worded, allowing you to craft personalized outreach templates or writing documentation to be used by your team members
Creative thinker ready to find non-traditional ways of generating links
Organized self-starter, comfortable making decisions on your own.
Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
