The CTO has a technical background with product development experience and has a structured approach with understanding of physics and electronics. You are responsible for driving the technical development with both Hardware and Software and can swiftly test and iterate product versions in close collaboration with partners and commercial prerequisites.
The goal of the CTO position is to develop the technical vision and to drive a close product to market fit. You will have extensive experience of the field, thorough knowledge of practices and processes and what it takes to develop a technical solution from an idea to a commercial success. Given the small organization and start-up-like environment, you’ll have to maintain control of all product related topics, and priorities quickly and pragmatically using 80/20 reasoning.
We’re looking for a candidate that has an extraordinary ability as an engineer and understanding the dynamics of technical development paired with a rational approach and basic understanding of client needs. We’re looking for a results-driven approach to development, taking full responsibility for ensuring that plans and strategy translates into profitable operations, based on hard data and experience.

Requirements
Exceptional track record show for technical product development
Proven track record of iterative practical product development
Experience in magnetic sensor electronics and IoT is a plus
Degree in Electronic/Computer engineering or equivalent in a plus
Electronics design capability inc. building and debugging HW+SW designs
Advantageous but not a must:
MATLAB/Simulink, Math Cad, LT Spice, PSIM/Smart Ctrl, ISIS Proteus,
Putty/MobXterm, Modbus
RF knowledge
PLC programming, Automation and process sensors interfacing and troubleshooting.
Firmware design: C, C++, Java, Python, Linux, JavaScript, Arduino, Matlab, ISIS Proteus, Assembler, Android, Microcontrollers, Assembly,JIRA, GitLab, SVN, VHDL.
Embedded Workbench. Competent with Linux, its command line interface and associated utilities
IDE: Visual Studio
Electronics design capability, Schematic design, and Layout (Altium) + Simulation skills
