We are experiencing a great amount of growth and opportunities, which means that we generate a lot of different data. Therefore, we are now looking for a student worker who loves data and can support our data driven marketing efforts with their great analytical skills to help us improve and learn new things. 

About the role  

The Marketing Operations Assistant will assist the Marketing team with a wide variety of activities, including the daily maintenance of our data sources, such as the company’s CRM platform, and assist with data reporting. This role will help in two areas. The first is to help with general daily support and monitoring tasks in relation to the data on our CRM platform. The second part of the role is to, evolve our data reporting, and help us analyse and visualize the data, via dashboards.

Your tasks will be:  

1. Help with general daily support and monitoring tasks in relation to our CRM platform. 

2. Documentation of processes and data setup. 

3. Gather, clean, and analyze various marketing data in coordination with the marketing team, and create visualizations from data that can be used to support business decisions. 

    

What we are looking for:  

1. A current or prospective student in a relevant bachelor/master's degree program 

2. Someone who is passionate about working with data.

3. Must be hard-working, structured, responsible, and good with IT.
