Are you a student looking for an internship where you can put your own stamp on the company and its interfaces? Do you love taking responsibility and are you looking for an internship where you can grow with the tasks and gain valuable learning experiences? Then you have a great opportunity in the up-and-coming startup ParkShare.
ParkShare is a fast-growing startup in need of a Front-end Developer Intern who can help us develop interfaces and become part of our journey. We are looking for a person with the right technical skillset and a curiosity to learn, as working in a startup can be both challenging and thrilling when you share the passion, motivation and optimism of building up a company and a new web and mobile application with your colleagues.
ParkShare is a sharing economy platform for parking spots, where private people as well as companies, can rent out their parking spots when they don’t need it and thereby earn an extra income. At the same time, the parking spots become more easily accessible for drivers, who need parking. The Front-end Development team is therefore essential in ParkShare as they are developing the web-platform and in particular the web and mobile application our services are built on.
As our new Front-end Developer Intern, you will be helping us update and develop the future versions of the web and mobile applications, but there will also be tasks of testing and maintaining. We are a strong believer in everyone contributing and having ideas with value. We want to implement ideas and see them come true and grow. Therefore, you can expect that the lines of code you write during your internship at ParkShare will be launched and used in the real world.

Technical skills and knowledge that is not required but nice to have:
ParkShare is an international and diverse workplace, where knowledge-sharing, networking and fun are essential parts of work life. Our official language is English. Therefore, you would join a diverse team where people of different backgrounds are able to bring their best ideas and turn them into reality. Just like good ideas, we also value good relationships among our team members, so we often organize social activities online to get to know each other on a bit more personal level. At least once a month, we have a social activity during work hours after our monthly status meeting. We believe that this makes us a stronger and more connected team.
At ParkShare we believe that everyone can bring value to the company. As an intern, your opinion will also be heard, and you will be given meaningful tasks. You will also see your work becoming a reality, reaching our customers, and putting a mark on the company.
Working hours are generally from 8-16 o’clock, but we are flexible in terms of hours per week and will adjust it to your study program’s schedule. This also means that if you already have a student job, we will work with you to find a schedule that fits it all.
You can apply here on the page by uploading your motivated application (CV and cover letter). We are looking for interns for the fall semester 2022 with an expected start in August or September. We are inviting candidates in the following weeks and will close the application round once we have found the right candidates for the position. Please send your application right away.
