KYC Agent

The position

You will play an active role, in identifying and documenting ownership structures and individuals in a structured and efficient way, making sure that we as a company, comply with KYC regulations. Our merchants are based all over Europe and therefore you will work with different requirements for documentation and you will put your English skills to good use in your everyday work - if you speak/write German (or Danish) as well it is a big plus.

This role is connected to a specific re-KYC project for the next 6-18 months and is a great way to learn about the business area and a natural way to qualify for a job in other parts of Clearhaus, such as Customer Success, Risk/Compliance, etc after the task is completed. The contract will therefore be time-limited to 01.06.2023, but we will assess the specific needs for the project, and our other departments - and develop talents along the way. We have a great track record of transitioning talents into other roles in Clearhaus.

About you

• You are a fast learner and eager to make a difference and contribute to reaching our goals and solving a very important task for our business and society as a whole

• You thrive on working independently, and efficiently with administrative tasks that are routine, and at the same time, it is essential that quality is kept in the highest regard

• You are proficient in English, both spoken and written. If you speak/write German or Danish as well it is a big plus
