Responsibilities:

• Defining the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting the future direction of the category

• Responsible for the P&L of the Fashion category

• Providing industry knowledge and leveraging own network to ensure the success of the category

• Hiring and coaching the best talent

• Acquiring merchants by actively identifying, prioritizing and onboarding to the platform

• Developing merchants by driving and managing end to end partnerships

• Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock merchants' potential on the platform, drive GMV growth and adoption of livestream and short videosNavigating through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category

• Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches and creating scalable solutions

• 10+ years experience in Fashion category management

• Strong track record in leading a category and delivering against stretching performance goal

• Experience in owning P&L on an e-commerce platform/marketplace

• Experience in managing diverse teams

• Sales orientated mindset, self-starter with strong communication skills who can manage strategic merchant relationships

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.

• Strong knowledge of the merchant landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation

• Strong understanding of social commerce, content marketing and influencers
