Responsibilities 

As an event intern your role will be to to support the planning and  management of events, meetups, trips and other initiatives for our community members. Your focus will be on:

• Planning and project manage booked events and, in collaboration with founders, ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of service and experience.

• Together with the team come up with new creative ideas on how to heighten the experience of our golf centered events.

• You act as the spider in the web and must, through continuous planning, inform and communicate with the team, partners and sponsors.

• Make detailed planning, documents, communicate with sponsors and follow up on your events and work actively. 

Requirements 

We are looking for a team player with a great attitude! You are skilled, love to be the spider in the net and comfortable in administration, and you see the importance of details and efficiency. You are a multitasker, a doer and structured. You should have a positive mindset, be a good communicator,  organized, love to collaborate and get energy from solving problems and supporting others. 

• You're a student or have experience in something related to event planning, service or project management.

• A great communicator both written and oral in Swedish and English

• You’re someone who gets things done quickly and appreciates the importance of administration and is not afraid of taking initiatives.

• You are a trustworthy social person who enjoys building professional relationships.

• You have the opportunity to spend about X hours a week on this work - time intervals can be discussed.
