TwentyThree is a bootstrapped SaaS company in the video marketing space with an impressive product portfolio across webinars, video marketing, and personal video. We are more than 50 people proudly serving more than 500 enterprises and SMB customers globally. Our target buyers are marketers.

We are looking to bring in a dynamic, ambitious and results-driven BDR team lead that will scale, lead and coach our BDR's across markets, using personal videos and the latest best practices.

This role demands an experienced BDR team lead with high ambitions, and the ability to coach, lead and mentor our people. You will report directly to our Head of Sales. The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.


Key Responsibilities 🤓

  • Ensuring that our new business top pipeline is healthy and growing

  • Hiring, training, coaching, and leading our BDR team. The team is growing up to +5 people this quarter (Q2)

  • Further developing a scalable sales prospecting/demand generation process across multiple channels and industries.

  • Being part of sourcing high potential companies and the right decision-makers that can benefit from TwentyThree’s solutions.

  • Partner with highly skilled and experienced Account Executives to come up with prospecting strategies to create openings and opportunities with future customers.

  • Develop and lead high volume, but tailored and relevant outreach, to the right personas at the right companies in order to book relevant meetings for AE’s.

  • Leveraging CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet meetings booked targets.


Requirements

  • You know SaaS sales and can lead a team of senior and junior BDR people. You have a minimum of 3 years as a leader and multiple years doing SaaS sales.

  • You know how to motivate a team and help each of them reach their targets.

  • You have led BDR teams before with an impressive track record of results.

  • While you are able to think strategically, you are also an executor.

  • You have a good knowledge of digital marketing and/or selling to marketers.

  • You know several sales methodologies and are used to value-selling.

  • You have great communication skills, are analytical, structured, and curious. You have lots of drive and energy.

  • You are fluent in English.
