We are seeking a driven and creative Head of development to take Synega to their next phase of growth. Having spent 6 years building a technology solution that supports our professional services organisation in Norway, we are now ready to expand and need new skills to help us. This is an amazing opportunity to work remotely within a dynamic company with an output focused approach. We need you to input into and drive our approach and technology agenda.

This role would suit someone with a DevOps background, who understands how to prioritise and deliver value; to us that means you will question and truly understand what is being requested and leading design discussions, so the final product has everyone smiling. You need to be comfortable working in a small team and utilising partners to expand capacity and skills.

The successful candidate will be happy not to stick rigidly to the lines, who understands that business know-how and involvement is critical to delivering scalable and right sized technology.

Synega is a 100 % remote consulting company. We provide services within accounting, audit, and legal. We started with accounting in 2015, as Norway’s perhaps first fully remote accounting firm at the time. Up until today, we have taken in over 1,000 clients.

Our focus now is to get Synega out into the world, and we are currently working on establishing ourselves in the USA, UK, Germany, India, and Sweden.

To go with our professional services, we have developed two IT-systems for working in and managing businesses: “Enterprise”, which is what we use internally; suitable for larger companies, and “CRM+”, which is a simpler version of Enterprise; suitable for small and medium companies.
