Pie Systems is a startup from Sillicon Valley and we are looking to add to our growing team with a new Sales Representative in Sweden.
Pie Systems has launched a fully digital Tax Free Shopping application for both retailers and tourists for the $70B+ tax free shopping industry. Our mission is “Empowering local partners, globally” as we seek to empower local partners with data, analytics, and marketing to help grow their sales and spend by tourists. For retail partners, our tax free platform is digital, efficient, and free to use. The tourist-facing Pie VAT app enables more touch points with tourists as they are abroad, encouraging easy exploration, discovery, and shopping. As of today we have more than 1200 partners and are growing exponentially.
These will be your core responsibilities:
We are looking for someone that is passionate about both retail and innovative technology to grow our business in Sweden. You are interested in a career in the technology field, are eager to learn and enjoy communicating with people. You will be our first hire in Sweden and will work directly with our Commercial Team based in Copenhagen and Oslo. In addition, you will experience a real start up and international environment.
What you’ll be working on:
Identify opportunities in the retail sector.
Build and own the full sales funnel for Sweden.
Maximizing productivity and revenue growth.
Identify and implement optimization efforts for all aspects of SMB, Enterprise, inbound, outbound sales efforts.
Work closely with other regions to share, adapt, and implement proven GTM and growth strategies.
Collaborate with our Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams on planning key initiatives to drive opportunities and movement through the sales funnel.
Travel as needed
Who you are:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, within retail (is a plus).
You’re a competitive team player that thrives when you succeed at growth.
You have a strong network and or understanding within Swedish retail.
Self driven
You have full professional proficiency in Swedish and English both written and oral.
Based in or near Stockholm
Good to have:
Start/scale-up experience working within retail/technology/payments industries.
Enjoy using the phone and meeting prospects.
