Currently, we work with forward-looking companies such as Futurice, Supermetrics, Thoughtworks, and Columbia Road. So far we’ve been able to save on average 6 hours per employee and guarantee an equal onboarding experience for each new employee without compromising the personal touch.

Do you have what it takes to join an early-stage startup?

Sales at Introist is a position where you will need to be able to run sales cycles from beginning to end to set you up for success. Additionally, you will be working on optimising the sales process for scalability.

Your role will include building relationships with new customers, identifying new business opportunities and growing sales from existing accounts.

As a member of our Sales team, you will be in charge of our revenue growth.

Currently, we are a lean five-person team and in August our team is growing. We’ve been working fully remote (based out of Helsinki), so you can choose to work anywhere in Europe - we can also set up an office in downtown Helsinki if that’s your preference.

What would you do?

This is a brand new position, so the responsibilities will be adjusted to your background and aspirations, but in general, you’ll be doing the following:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and new ways to grow existing customers

  • Following up with leads to educate people on our courses and remove barriers to purchase

  • Following up with and closing deals

  • Account Management & maintaining relationships with customers

  • Reaching monthly sales targets


Is this for you?

  • You are fluent in English, and preferably speak one other European language (the rest of the team speaks Finnish)

  • You have relevant experience in sales, account management and/or business development, preferably in SaaS

  • You are interested in technology and SaaS products

  • You are passionate about developing and managing a great customer journey

  • You love working with people and have great interpersonal communication skills

  • You are comfortable in a high-risk environment (ie. working at an early-stage startup)

  • You have a can-do attitude - as an early-stage team member, no task is beneath you
