Research and Development is searching for a UX Designer to lift and streamline the experience of our DAM.  The UX’er will be an integrated team member on the development team collaborating with graphical designers and front-end developers – but also with business analysts, quality assurance, professional services, and more.

Responsibilities

• Design the future interaction model for our products in collaboration with graphical designers and developers

• Conduct testing of the existing UI to assess user experience and ease of use

• Use the studies and findings to establish the design elements to be included in future releases

• Build storyboards based on personas to conceptualize designs to accurately communicate to the development team

Qualifications for UX Designer

• 3-7 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients

• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies

• Professional written and interpersonal communicating skills in English

• Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome

• Experience creating storyboards and personas
