Currently, we work with forward-looking companies such as Futurice, Supermetrics, Thoughtworks, and Columbia Road. So far we’ve been able to save on average 6 hours per employee and guarantee an equal onboarding experience for each new employee without compromising the personal touch.
The time to build Introist is now. The rise of remote work and The Great Resignation have accelerated the need for excellent employee communications and experiences.

Do you have what it takes to join an early-stage startup?
As a member of Customer Success team, you will be working closely with customers starting from onboarding customers to providing valuable insights into the product and the best practices in the field. You will be the strategic partner for customers helping them to take their people ops processes to the next level with Introist.
Currently, we are a lean five-person team and in August our team is growing. We’ve been working fully remote (based out of Helsinki), so you can choose to work anywhere in Europe - we can also set up an office in downtown Helsinki if that’s your preference.
