We are on a mission to improve people-related processes around key moments by 10x. We are automating most of the repetitive, yet important, work around important moments in the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding.

Currently, we work with forward-looking companies such as Futurice, Supermetrics, Thoughtworks, and Columbia Road. So far we’ve been able to save on average 6 hours per employee and guarantee an equal onboarding experience for each new employee without compromising the personal touch.

The time to build Introist is now. The rise of remote work and The Great Resignation have accelerated the need for excellent employee communications and experiences.

We believe that small things make the biggest impact on people, and separate the best from the rest. Our vision is to improve the employee experience to help companies retain talent.

What would you do?

You would be involved in every aspect of product development. Based on your preferences you can focus more on the frontend, backend or cloud architecture.

We encourage everyone to take ownership of their own work - and that includes you. You would have the freedom to choose what you work on but also the responsibility to take into account all opinions.

To feel at home, you most likely find solid high-quality software development your bread and butter but also remember to allocate time for in-depth discussions with co-workers in areas of UI/UX design, roadmapping, and technical planning.

The team is small and you would be working with customer success, sales, and design professionals, together with other software developers, of course.

What tech do we use?

We are technology agnostic by heart. However, working with full-stack TypeScript has proven a simple yet efficient solution. Our backend is Node.js with PostgreSQL as a database. Frontend utilises React with our own component library (take a look at foundation.introist.com). All this is running in Google Cloud.

When and where would you work?
