We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Designer (UI & UX) to help us redefine how SaaS companies deliver customer support.

At Fullview, we believe that customer support needs to be revolutionized.

We're on a mission to build a category defining business that enables customer support teams to have instant context, live interaction, and multiplayer screen control. With Fullview, customer agents cut support time in half, achieving the fastest time to resolution.

On top of that Fullview bridges the gap between development and support teams, by providing a complete overview under the hood of what actually happens during each support session. No more back and forth discussions, digging for data, and wasting precious developer time.

Fullview was founded in beautiful Copenhagen, but with a global mindset from the get-go. What you’ll be doing...

  • Design excellent interfaces and product experience for our web app

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from problem framing, through ideation, prototyping, and user-validated designs

  • Own and further develop our design system

  • Validate solutions with real users, both qualitatively and quantitatively

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer support professionals, and how to best enable them to reach their goals

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering across the entire product lifecycle

  • Raise the bar of design excellence and work closely with the entire founding team - the mission is to shape a world class product experience, therefore we count on you to challenge us and help us strive for better


Who you are...

  • You’re a passionate and highly experienced designer - min 4 years of product design experience, preferably web

  • You're hands on and mastered Figma (or similar)

  • You have experience validating design solutions, both qualitatively and quantitatively

  • You are deeply empathetic to the user journey, and passionate about resolving user pain points

  • You are entrepreneurial, and take ownership

  • You enjoy being in a very fast paced environment

  • You have excellent English skills
